Paris66 is the fulfillment of a longtime dream of Lori and Frederic Rongier. When creating Paris 66, they set out to establish an eatery that focused on "everyday French cuisine" in a traditional bistro-style setting that was previously uncommon for Pittsburgh restaurant offerings.
We wanted to create an authentic environment that would serve as a welcome escape. The walls are covered with vintage prints and the tabletops are collaged with post cards of Paris that formerly belonged to Frédéric's great-grandfather.
The Paris 66 mission goes beyond offering patrons fine everyday French cuisine; we partner with cultural and educational organizations such as the Alliance Francaise as well as well as local world language educators. We also strive to support local vendors, businesses and suppliers as well as serve free trade coffee.
